Raw Material Bay
Material Sourcing & Selection
Direct access to Yunfu's raw stone markets. We grade and select blocks based on project requirements for color consistency and structural integrity.
About Us
Marble and travertine trays, bowls, candle holders, bath accessories and vases developed from material selection to export packing inside our 3,500 sqm workshop.
Factory Position
YuSheng Stone is a direct manufacturer of natural stone home decor and accessories, operating from our own workshop in Yunfu, Guangdong, one of China's major stone-processing hubs. Buyers work with one in-house team for material grading, sample development, CNC shaping, hand finishing, quality inspection and export packing.
Our production is focused on small-to-medium stone objects: trays, bowls, candle holders, bathroom accessories, vases and decorative sets. This keeps the workflow close to approved samples, repeat orders and fragile export packing rather than large-format surface supply.

Factory Photos
These stages take place inside our Yunfu workshop. Buyers can request factory photos, packing photos or a video walkthrough before sample approval or bulk production.

Raw Material Bay
Direct access to Yunfu's raw stone markets. We grade and select blocks based on project requirements for color consistency and structural integrity.

CNC Machining Floor
Multi-axis CNC machining supports repeatable geometries, fluted textures and hollowed forms against approved drawings and sample records.

Hand Finishing Station
Honed, polished or brushed finishes are completed by hand, then checked for edge comfort, surface consistency and visible defect risk.

Export Packing Area
Retail cartons, fitted foam, pallet plans and ISPM-15 wooden crate options are selected according to product weight, fragility and shipping route.
Why Yunfu
Yunfu is one of China's established stone-processing clusters. Our workshop operates within this network, with material markets, CNC tooling, finishing supplies, packaging vendors and freight services nearby.
Material review, sampling, machining, finishing, inspection and packing are coordinated by one workshop team, keeping approvals and repeat-order requirements connected.
We focus on small-to-medium stone objects that require repeatable machining and careful hand finishing: trays, bowls, candle holders, bathroom accessories, vases and decorative objects.
Production is arranged for importers, home decor brands, hospitality suppliers, wholesalers and sourcing companies primarily across North America and Europe.
Project Ownership
Each buyer program is handled through clear responsibility points so feasibility, sampling, production follow-up and pre-shipment checks stay connected.
Program Manager
Checks product references, drawings, target size, finish direction and material preference before sampling begins.
Production Director
Confirms block selection, CNC sequence, finishing method and batch timing for repeatable stone object production.
QC & Export Lead
Reviews dimensions, surface finish, edge comfort, packing protection and shipment photo records before release.
Business Contact
Keeps buyer communication, sample approval, quote updates, export terms and delivery planning aligned across the program.
Quality Inspection
Stone home decor combines material weight with fragile finished edges. Our inspection workflow focuses on material consistency, dimension, finish, edge comfort and packing protection.
01
Blocks are graded before cutting. Color batch, structural integrity and surface density are checked against project specification before machining begins.
02
Critical dimensions are measured against approved drawing at each machining stage. Deviations are flagged before the piece advances to finishing.
03
Surface consistency, edge comfort and visible defect risk are reviewed by hand under directional lighting before packing.
04
Each piece is inspected inside the carton before sealing. Packing photos, measurement records and shipment details are prepared for buyer review.
Buyer Review Files
Before shipment, buyers can request measurement photos, finish close-ups, packing photos, carton marks and shipment details for internal approval.
Quick Questions
Minimum order quantities are flexible depending on product dimensions and processing details. To help retail brands and global buyers launch new collections, we offer introductory B2B production runs starting from 100 to 200 units per style (SKU). This setup helps minimize capital lockup and stock risks.
Yes. You can combine product categories such as soap dispensers, trays and vases with different materials such as travertine, black marble or white marble in one shipment. Mixed pallet loading can help improve container use and reduce unit freight cost.
For catalog items, we can usually prepare an initial price range quickly; for customized OEM specifications, our technical team reviews feasibility before confirming pricing. To speed up the process, please share product sketches, target batch volumes, preferred marble or travertine species, packaging details, and your destination port.
